Marine Corps League "1st. Annual Picnic

The Thames River Detachment is having their annual Picnic today, to thank all who have built this detachment to what it is today, Hotdogs, hamburgers and other food will be available. Beer will flow, but it not nice if you drink to much. This is a fun events for our members to enjoy themselves. It's on us for you guys. so please come and have the time of your life, a lot of bullshit will be talked about because we are marines.

Marine Corps League "Fall Steak Dinner"

Cost: $20.00 Per Person
The Waterford VFW is going to be working in conjunction with the Marine Corps League and will be having a Steak Dinner in September 23, 2010. We will be serving Rib Eye Steak, Baked Potato, Salad, and Corn of the Cob. The cost is $20.00 per person, with all proceeds are going toward buying needed items for the charitable events in New London County. We invite all you to attend.
